Since 1991, our founder, Annette has provided exceptional service to several generations of clients and referrals.

 

Almost 31 years of work in the financial services industry provided the basis for her passion for preparing

tax returns.  What began as being knowledgeable about the taxation of investment income became a

lifelong passion for her work.  Our founder, Annette has finally retired after almost 31 years of exceptional service.  Her charisma and expertise will be missed.  The Annette Douglas Tax Preparation team is still

here and STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS!

 

We have new team members, including Theressa Beauregard, founder of Beauregard Accounting and the new accounting and tax manager of Annette Douglas Tax Preparation, she brings 20+ years of experience in tax preparation and bookkeeping, and hold's a designation with PBA Society of Ontario.

 

Annually, Annette Douglas Tax Preparation team serves almost 500 clients from many different walks of life - that includes widows, investors, growing families, seniors, university students, truck drivers, ministers, the self-employed and commission-based taxpayers, and many more!  Accuracy is very important, in previous years Annette Douglas Tax Preparation has held a 1% error or omission rate, standing proof that the Annette Douglas Tax Preparation team are committed to it!

 

Annette Douglas Tax Preparation team is known for bullet-proofing tax returns.  Education of clients is very important, so Annette Douglas Tax Preparation facilitates tax Classes to groups of taxpayers and A Fresh Start Workshop to the self-employed.  An annual newsletter brings clients up to date on changes in legislation that affect tax returns.

 

Face-to-face exploratory meetings gives our team the opportunity to know our clients!  Annette Douglas Tax Preparation team does not accept bags or boxes of receipts more than once.  Instead, we take the opportunity to sort through documents with new clients and each year provide them with folders and a tax

filing check list.  That gives them the tools they need to realize the best possible tax return results.

 

Our team works diligently and provide the support needed to run a very successful tax practice!
